The Sanctuary

The Space

Every room, garden, and threshold built to hold you.

Space, when held with intention, becomes a kind of medicine.

Every wall, garden, and threshold at SoderWorld was shaped to slow you down and let healing in. Materials were chosen, geometries were drawn, and rooms were blessed so that the body could recognize a place that wanted nothing from it.

Himalayan Salt Cave
Older Than Words

The Salt Cave

Pink crystalline walls hold the slow warmth of mineral air.

The light is low, the sound dampened, the air faintly briny. Within minutes, the breath deepens on its own. Sit here long enough and the body remembers a kind of rest it had forgotten.

A Field of Resonance

The Quantum Room

Science wearing the clothes of ceremony.

Our RASHA system works with the body the way sound works with water. Calibrated frequencies move through tissue and breath, finding what is held and inviting it to release. The room feels electric and quiet at once.

On Sacred Ground

The Gardens

Outside the walls, the land has its own grammar.

The Labyrinth winds inward and back. The Waterfall keeps a steady tone. The Zen Garden invites stillness. The Firefly Garden quietly glows after dark. Walk slowly. The gardens do most of the work.

Infrared Sauna Suite
Light Made Warm

The Sauna Suite

Heat, but the kind that listens.

Full-spectrum infrared reaches past the skin and into deep tissue, where stored tension and toxins are gently asked to leave. Twenty minutes here can feel like a long walk in the body's own language.

The Body Listening

The Yoga Room

Movement as a form of listening.

Warm wood, tall windows, props within reach. The room holds slow flow, restorative, and yin. Movement here is less about reaching than about staying.

The Gaia Temple
Earth as Altar

The Gaia Temple

An altar with sky for a roof.

Open to weather and oriented to season, the temple is more circle than building. It holds full-moon ceremonies, sacred gatherings, and the practices that ask for ground beneath them. To sit here is to remember the earth you have always belonged to.

Where Silence Gathers

The Quiet Rooms

The silence here is not absence. It is presence, leaning in.

Beyond the treatment rooms are spaces kept quieter still. Acoustically softened, naturally lit, and held by years of returning practice, they were made for sitting, listening, and circling together.

Sit in the Quiet Rooms

The space itself is the invitation.

Words can only hint at what these rooms hold. Walk them. Sit in the quiet. Let the sanctuary do its quiet work on you.
