Frequently Asked Questions

What are the prerequisites for the 200-hour training?
No formal prerequisites. We ask that you have an active yoga practice (at least 6-12 months of regular classes) and a genuine interest in deepening your understanding of yoga. We welcome beginners to yoga teaching, but consistent personal practice is essential.
Can I do the training while working full-time?
Yes. Our 200-hour program is designed with working professionals in mind, meeting 3-4 hours per week in evening and weekend sessions. The 500-hour program offers flexible scheduling. Many of our students maintain full-time employment while training.
What payment options are available?
We offer payment plans for both programs, allowing you to spread costs over 6-12 months without interest. We also accept scholarships for deserving applicants based on financial need and demonstrated commitment.
Is this certification recognized internationally?
Yes. SoderWorld is registered with Yoga Alliance at 200 and 500-hour levels. Our certifications are recognized throughout North America, Europe, and globally, allowing you to teach internationally if desired.
What happens after I complete the certification?
You'll be part of our ongoing alumni community with access to continuing education workshops, community circles, and mentorship opportunities. Many graduates continue training, teach at our sanctuary, or launch independent practices. We support your growth long after certification.
