The Sauna Suite
A private room of warm wood and full-spectrum infrared light. The heat here does not press against the skin so much as move through it, reaching into deep tissue where tension and toxins are gently asked to leave. Twenty minutes can feel like a long walk in the body's own language.

The Space
An infrared sauna works differently from the steam rooms most people know. Instead of heating the air around you, full-spectrum infrared light warms the body directly, so you sweat deeply at a gentler, more breathable temperature. The room stays comfortable while the work happens beneath the surface.
The warmth reaches into muscle and connective tissue, loosening what is held and drawing the body into a long, clearing sweat. There is nothing to manage and nowhere to be. You sit, you soften, and the heat does the rest.
Before You Arrive
-
01
Hydrate well beforehand
You will sweat more than you expect. Drink water in the hours before your session, and we will have more waiting for you afterward.
-
02
Come ready to sweat
Light, breathable clothing or swimwear works best. We provide towels for the bench and for you. Leave heavy lotions and makeup off the skin so it can breathe.
-
03
Eat lightly
A heavy meal sits uneasily in the heat. A light snack an hour or so before is plenty to keep you steady.
-
04
Plan to cool down slowly
The session does not end when the heat does. Give yourself a few quiet minutes to come back to temperature before you head out into the day.
The Arc of a Visit
What People Notice
Deep Detoxification
Infrared draws a deeper sweat than ambient heat alone, helping the body clear what it has been holding. People often feel notably lighter afterward.
Eased Muscles
Heat that reaches into deep tissue loosens tension and soreness. A session after movement or a long week can feel like the body finally exhaling.
Better Circulation
As the body warms, blood vessels open and circulation rises. Many guests describe a warm, well-oxygenated glow that lingers long after they leave.
Immune Support
The gentle rise in core temperature mirrors the body's own restorative responses, supporting resilience over a regular rhythm of visits.
Clearer Skin
A deep sweat clears the pores and brings circulation to the surface. Skin often looks brighter and feels softer in the days that follow.
Quiet Mind
There is something about deep warmth and solitude that slows the thoughts. Many people leave the suite calmer than they have felt all day.
