What to Expect: Your Healing Journey

15 Minutes Before Your Session
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. We'll greet you warmly, have you complete a brief intake form (health history and intentions), and give you a tour of our sanctuary spaces so you feel oriented and comfortable.
Before Your Session
Settle In
Change into a comfortable robe in our private spaces. Enjoy a moment in our quiet lounge with herbal tea or water. Take a few minutes to wander our gardens if you'd like. This is time to transition into a state of ease and openness.
Your Session Time
Your Healing Session
Your healer will meet you in a warm, private space. They'll discuss your intentions, any areas of tension or concern, and customize your session to your needs. Rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held by the healing modality you've chosen.
After Your Session
Integration & Rest
After your session, you'll have space to rest and integrate the experience. Enjoy our salt cave, sauna, or quiet room. Journal, meditate, or simply be. Allow the healing to deepen and settle into your body and spirit.
As You Leave
Guidance for Home
Before you go, your healer will share recommendations for continued healing at home. This might include stretches, breathing practices, herbal support, or simply ways to honor the work you've done. You'll leave with resources and tools for your ongoing journey.

What to Bring

You don't need to bring much else. We provide robes, towels, water, and tea. Leave your phone and other distractions behind so you can fully arrive.

Important Policies

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking available?
Yes. We have ample free parking in our lot on the grounds of the sanctuary. Just pull in and follow the signs to the main entrance.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can change out of easily. Once you arrive, you'll change into a soft robe for your session. For body sessions like massage, you may remove as much or as little as you're comfortable with, modesty is always respected.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is always appreciated and never required. If your healer provided exceptional care and you feel moved to tip, it's a wonderful way to honor their work. We accept cash or card payments for tips.
Can couples book sessions together?
Absolutely. Many couples enjoy parallel sessions (side-by-side massage) or shared experiences like couples yoga or partner breathwork. We also offer dedicated couples retreat packages. Call us to discuss what would be most meaningful for you and your partner.
Are children welcome?
We welcome children for certain services and classes. Some services are best experienced by adults only, while others are family-friendly. Please call us at (630) 755-0033 to discuss which experiences are appropriate for your family and children's ages.
What if I have accessibility needs?
We are committed to welcoming all guests. Our sanctuary has accessible parking, entrances, and facilities. Please let us know about any accessibility needs when you book so we can ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
