The Salt Cave
A room built entirely of Himalayan salt, ground fine and dispersed into the air you breathe. The light is low, the sound dampened, the air faintly briny. Within minutes the breath deepens on its own, and the body begins to remember a kind of rest it had forgotten.

The Space
Salt therapy is an old idea with a simple method. Pharmaceutical-grade salt is ground to a fine dust and dispersed into a sealed room, where you breathe it in alongside air that holds the slow warmth of crystalline walls. There is nothing to do here but sit and let it work.
The salt draws moisture, eases the airways, and quiets the skin. The low light and dampened sound do the rest. Most people stop checking the clock somewhere in the first ten minutes, and the breath lengthens without being asked.
Before You Arrive
-
01
Dress warmly and softly
The cave is kept cool and the floor is salt. Comfortable layers and warm socks work best. You stay fully clothed throughout.
-
02
Drink water
Before, and especially after. Salt therapy is gently drying, and the body settles more easily when it's well hydrated.
-
03
Arrive a little early
Ten minutes is enough. Sitting quietly before the session does more than rushing into it ever will.
-
04
Leave the phone behind
Devices stay outside the cave. The room is built for one thing, and it asks for your full attention in return.
The Arc of a Visit
What People Notice
Easier Breath
Salt draws moisture and helps clear the airways. Many people leave with a chest that feels open and a breath that moves more freely.
Calmer Skin
The mineral air is kind to irritated skin. Conditions that flare with stress and dryness often quiet over a series of visits.
A Settled Nervous System
Low light, soft sound, and nothing required. The body reads the room as safe and shifts into a slower, restorative gear.
Gentle Detoxification
Salt's natural properties support the body's own clearing. People often describe feeling lighter and less congested afterward.
Deeper Sleep
The calm that begins in the cave tends to carry into the night. Many guests sleep more deeply after a session.
Stillness
A rare kind of quiet, older than words. Time spent here is time the mind isn't asked to do anything at all.

"I came for my breathing and stayed for the quiet. Forty-five minutes in the cave and my chest felt open in a way it hadn't in months. I book it every week now."
"The light, the salt, the silence. There is nowhere else I can sit and do absolutely nothing without feeling like I should be doing something. My skin has never been calmer."
"I was skeptical that sitting in a salt room could do much. By the second visit I was sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Now it's the part of my week I protect."
