Ayurveda
Five thousand years of medicine that knows the body as it actually is.
A medicine older than the written word, Ayurveda begins with a different question: not what's wrong, but what kind of body are you. Healing follows recognition.
Panchakarma, The Five Actions
Led by Karla Cain, NAMA Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner
A full immersion in conscious healing. Over three to seven days, your body moves through a carefully sequenced journey of consultation, therapies, and integration. Oil massage, herbal steam, specialized treatments all align with your unique constitution. By the end, the nervous system has learned to integrate what it received, to remember balance as lived experience, not concept.
The art of recognition
Ayurveda does not begin by naming disease. It begins by asking: What kind of body are you? What is your constitution? This is not philosophy, it is precision medicine dressed in the language of millennia. A Sanctuary Guide listens to your patterns, reads your energy, and understands your particular frequency before anything else. Only from recognition can healing be aligned.
Every journey begins with consultation. A vaidya does not diagnose your imbalance; they read you as a complete system, your dosha, your strengths, your particular way of moving through the world. That knowledge becomes the foundation. Everything that follows, every oil, every steam, every moment of rest, flows from this understanding. That is why the work feels less like treatment and more like coming home.
Five doors to alignment
Each experience is a frequency unto itself, choose what resonates with your constitution, or let one of our Sanctuary Guides recommend what your body is ready to receive.

From those who have been held
Words from members who found alignment through the classical tradition.
"My Panchakarma immersion became the ground I'd been missing. Everything shifted, how I move, how I rest, what I carry. By the third day, I wasn't just lighter. I was home. The body finally had permission to exhale."
M. H.
"Shirodhara gave my mind something it had forgotten: stillness. The rhythm of the oil, the quiet of the room, the presence of the practitioner, something in that alignment allowed my nervous system to truly rest for the first time in years."
J. K.
"She met me as a whole being, not a collection of symptoms. For the first time, someone helped me understand what I actually am, my particular constitution, my particular needs. That knowledge changed how I approach every decision."
S. R.
