Body Scrub & Wrap
Exfoliate, detoxify, and hydrate your entire body. This luxurious dual-treatment service removes dead skin, infuses minerals, and leaves you radiant and renewed from head to toe.
The Practice
Reiki, the Japanese word for universal life force, is an old practice with a quiet method. You lie down, fully clothed. Trained hands rest lightly on or above the body.
What surfaces is rarely nameable. Old grief. A held breath. A pattern long carried. Reiki doesn't push or fix; it steadies the system enough that what's ready to move begins to move.
Before You Arrive
-
01
Dress softly
Loose, comfortable clothes work best. You'll stay fully clothed throughout. Shoes and jewelry come off if you'd like them to.
-
02
Drink water
Before, and especially after. The body integrates the work more easily when it's well hydrated.
-
03
Arrive a little early
Ten minutes is enough. Sitting quietly before a session does more than rushing into it ever will.
-
04
Hold a question, not a goal
If something is asking for your attention, bring it. The work tends to meet whatever you're carrying, even when it's vague.
The Arc of a Session
What People Notice
A Settled Body
The nervous system finds a slower gear. Tension that has been quiet for so long it stopped feeling like tension begins to release.
Room for Feeling
Emotion that has been waiting for a safe place often surfaces. Sometimes as tears, sometimes as a long exhale you didn't know you'd been holding.
Quieter Mind
The looped thoughts soften. People often describe a kind of clarity that arrives not by trying, but by stopping.
Energetic Repair
The body's own intelligence is given the conditions to do what it knows how to do. Blockages loosen. Flow returns to where it was missing.
Restored Sleep
Many clients sleep deeply that night, and several nights after. The body uses the work even when you're not paying attention to it.
A Sense of Return
Something that felt distant comes a little closer. Yourself, mostly. Or whatever you call the part of you that has been waiting.
